Failure to submit any certification required by BJA will result in ineligibility to receive a subaward and the selection of a different applicant.

Applicants must acquire a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and maintain registration with the System for Award Management (SAM). The UEI is a 12-character alphanumeric identifier used as the primary means of identifying entities that have registered for federal awards in SAM. SAM is the repository for certain standard information about federal financial assistance subrecipients. 向SAM注册并获得UEI, applicants will need an authorizing official for their organization and an Employer Identification Number (EIN).
